Return/ Exchange & Cancellation
What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?
Customers can exchange/return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered.
1. Refunds/Returns is not applicable to deeply discounted products. (Ex: Happy hour designs).
2. Please read the product description before purchase.
How to raise a Return/Exchange request after the order delivery?
Sign-in into our Website or app, click on the order and choose return/refund request.
1. A confirmation mail will be sent with a ticket ID and once the reverse pickup is initiated the pickup ID details would be shared within 48 business hours.
2. Products must be returned in the same form with all it’s tags, cover/box and ensure the items are unused and unwashed.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you.
If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on email@example.com
3. The Refunds/Exchanges will be processed once we verify the returned products.
4. Exchange requests of Size, color, product can only be processed based on product availability.
5. If the product is not available for an exchange we would process the refund.
However, we will ensure you to share the active campaign link where you can re-order it again.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:
Wallet refund will get credited within 24 hours.
NEFT refund process takes 72 hours.
Payment Gateway refund process takes 7 to 9 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
How can I Self-Ship the product to Neuron Lifestyle?
If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return ID for each item included in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs. Therefore, please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared via Contact us option available on App/Website/M-site. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:
1. It should capture the weight of the return package.
2. Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details should be mentioned.
3. The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
4. The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.
This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.
1. Only Product amount which is paid will be refunded into the bank account.
2. Cashback/Discount amount won’t be refunded.
3. Coupon codes are only available for selected products.
Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on Sweat Activation t-shirts.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your The Neuron Lifestyle account, clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’.
If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
